ChildREN’S Day Out

The Harvest Sprouts Children’s Day Out is a ministry of The Harvest Methodist Church. We offer care for 2-4 year old’s. We are open to any child, no matter of race or religious beliefs.

A brand‑new season of learning, laughter, and little‑kid joy is beginning at The Harvest Methodist Church.

We’re excited to announce the launch of The Harvest Sprouts Children’s Day Out, opening Monday, October 19, 2026.

This gentle, faith‑filled program gives little ones a place to grow, play, explore, and build friendships.

Our team is preparing a safe, nurturing environment filled with hands‑on activities, early learning fun, and Christ‑centered care.

MEET Heidi Wendell

Director of Harvest Sprouts CDO

About OUR DIRECTOR

With more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve dedicated my career to creating safe, joyful spaces where young children can learn, explore, and feel genuinely cared for. I hold both an A.A.S. in Early Childhood Education and a B.S. in Early Childhood Development, and I’ve served in roles ranging from classroom teacher to Assistant Director.
My heart has always been in faith‑based early learning, and I’m honored to bring that passion to The Harvest Methodist Church as the director of our new Harvest Sprouts Children’s Day Out. I’m committed to building a program rooted in kindness, creativity, and Christ‑centered care — a place where little ones flourish, and families feel supported.
